In this role, Dave provides corporate direction for the organization, as well as management and direction of the organization’s consulting engagements. He has led projects that range from business and exchange planning to the enterprise-wide implementation of exchanges using service-oriented architecture (SOA) related technology. Dave has more than thirty years of experience in the information technology (IT) field, with extensive experience working with public sector and non-profit organizations including SEARCH, the National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, the Colorado Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (CICJIS), and the Colorado Department of Corrections. While at SEARCH, he was the project lead in developing the Justice Information Exchange Model (JIEM), which has become a standard for documenting information exchanges in the justice community. In his work with CICJIS, he led the integration of statewide systems to create a single means of accessing and moving data through the criminal justice system. CICJIS was the first of its kind, of this scope, in the nation. Mr. Usery currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute. Dave’s work in national standards, including corrections, has earned him a national reputation as a justice technology specialist.Geoffrey FeidelbergBoard of Director -- Feidelberg is currently Chief Operating Officer of Shaner Capital L.P., a private investment fund designed to provide preferred equity, senior and subordinate debt, and balance sheet restructure to select businesses. Prior to Shaner, Feidelberg served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and a member of the Board of Directors of CompuDyne Corporation, a $200 million dollar NASDAQ traded company which was sold in 2007 to a private equity fund. CompuDyne was involved in construction, government defense contracting, and software development through its Norment Security Group, Norshield Corporation, Quanta Systems, Tiburon, Inc., and Fiber SenSys Inc. subsidiaries. Feidelberg has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of AquaPenn Spring Water Company, a venture funded startup that grew to become one of the largest bottled water companies in the United States. Feidelberg took AquaPenn public via an IPO on the NYSE and eventually sold the company to an international food conglomerate, Group Danone. Feidelberg began his career as a senior audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Feidelberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a B.S. in Accounting. KellingBoard of Director -- Bruce A. Kelling, a member of the Board of Directors of URL Integration, is the managing principal of Bask Enterprises, LLC, which he established in 2002 to help companies develop and execute successful business strategies. In 1980, Kelling founded and became the Chairman and CEO of Tiburon, Inc. where he played a key role in the design and development of the company’s product line. From 1980 - 2002, Kelling led Tiburon to annual revenues over $50M, several mergers and acquisitions, and outside investment from Motorola, CompuDyne Corporation, and American Management Systems, among others. In 2002, he led the merger team as Tiburon became a subsidiary of CompuDyne Corporation.
