ElyDavid is an accomplished, virtual engagement subject matter expert and lead for the Civil group at Booz Allen Hamilton. David is a Co-founder of the Alliance for Government Virtual Engagements and serves as the Chairman and President. He brings to AGVE over 15 years of U.S. Federal government and international commercial consulting experience. He’s helped clients successfully design and deploy virtual conferencing and learning solutions using award-winning emerging technologies. Some of his past and current clients include the Department of Veterans Affairs, Food and Drug Administration, American Express, GE Healthcare, and Siemens. David is also a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist and Team Leader. He deployed to 12 countries for wartime, humanitarian, and peace keeping missions. In addition, David provided bomb squad support to the U.S. Secret Service, Technical Security Division on 32 VIP missions around the world.James B. Godwin, IIIGib is Founder and President of BriteWerx, Inc., providing consulting services in the aerospace, information technology and cyber fields. He is also the Co-chair of the NDIA Cyber Division. He is a former Vice President with Northrop Grumman Information Systems in the Cyber security; Dynamic analytics and test in the modeling and simulation domains, as well as a former Vice President for Dynamic Analytics & Test, Inc., and a former Vice President of Athena Technologies, Inc. He was the PEO for Tactical Aircraft Programs where his responsibilities spanned 8 tactical aircraft platforms, their weapons systems, and the full life cycle support of those platforms in all stages of their life and included the F-14A/B/D, F/A-18A/A+/B/C/D/E/F, EA-18G, EA-6B, E-2C/D, all Air-to-Air Missiles, Electronic Warfare and Mission Planning Systems. As Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Systems Engineer for the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet Fleet, he was responsible for the Life Cycle support of the legacy Hornet fleet as well as the Design, Development, Production, Operational Testing and delivery of the F/A-18 E/F to the Fleet. He served in numerous operational squadrons throughout his career, culminating with his forward deployed Carrier Air Wing 5 Command of VFA-192, during combat operations in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University and is PM level 3 certified by the Defense Acquisition University.
